Once your dog has passed a behavior evaluation, you will be invited to log in to our Customer Portal through PetExec. There you will be able to request a reservation for boarding or daycare, upload your vet records and view your purchase history.
To schedule a behavior evaluation for your dog, please call our office at 865-675-3647.

From I-40 West:
1. Take the Lovell Rd. Exit.
2. Turn right at the end of the ramp.
3. Turn right after the first traffic light onto Lexington Dr.
4. We are on the left across from CAT.
From I-40 East:
1. Take the Lovell Rd. Exit.
2. Turn left at the end of the ramp.
3. Turn right at second traffic light onto Lexington Dr.
4. We are on the left across from CAT.
Our lobby is open from 7am-12pm and 2pm-7pm daily. Care is provided 24 hours a day.
Holiday Lobby Hours are as follows:
Day before Thanksgiving: 7am-12pm
Thanksgiving Day: closed
Day after Thanksgiving: 2pm-7pm
